Thank you for considering TPS Summer Camp 2024!

This camp is a long-standing tradition for TPS and an enjoyable opportunity for students, parents, teachers, and staff. It occurs just after the school year so it provides a wonderful celebration of the end of school and does not interfere with summer plans. It also includes the TPS Graduation ceremony, so it provides graduating students a celebratory week with their fellow grads and high school friends.

For parents, the camp is restful and focused on relaxation, worship, and fellowship. It is also a low-stress opportunity to meet with TPS advisers and staff team to sort out next year’s class plans. Any special arrangements can be made immediately because the staff team is there with you.

Are you a registered nurse?

We need at least one registered nurse to be the camp nurse for the week (under the indirect oversight of MMR’s staff nurse).

• The nurse has special lodging accommodations with free room and board.
• The nurse’s kids (or spouse) receive free room and board (up to two participants).
• Nursing responsibilities do not support overseeing younger kids full-time, so the nurse’s students must be old enough to be in cabins as full participants unless another adult family member can oversee the younger kids.

Terms, Conditions, and Refund Policy

We look forward to your participation in TPS Summer Camp and Graduation.

Before you invest your time in filling out the form, we want to give you the terms and conditions up front. If you are interested in the camp, but not quite ready to commit, no worries! Come back and register later when you settle your plans.

Registration, Payment, and Refund

• These prices are provided to help you decide whether to continue with the registration right now. The exact amounts per person will depend on selections you make for activities.
• Payment is required immediately in full when you submit this registration form. (Without payment, registration is not complete and the registration form is immediately discarded. To register and pay later, you will need to complete a new registration form.)
• Partial refunds are available through April 30. The refund will be for 1/2 of the fees for each canceled registration.
  • To receive a partial refund for any participant, you must notify TPS of cancellation on or before April 30.
  • The notification must be by email to support@pottersschool.org (i.e., TPS must receive the correctly sent email before May 1 U.S. ET).
  • It is not necessary to provide a reason for a cancelation. The refund will be provided cheerfully with no questions asked, and the amount refunded will be the same regardless of your reasons for canceling.
  • For cancellations May 1 or later, no refund will be provided.
• You may not register any participant or family member in a conditional status where the registration is contingent on any factor (e.g., known medical conditions, schedule uncertainty, unresolved transportation, require family cabin confirmation in advance, etc.) related or unrelated to the camp. If you have a contingency concern (e.g., medical uncertainties, schedule uncertainties), please discuss it with TPS (support@pottersschool.org) prior to registering.

Participant #1 Information

• Please register participants in this order:  (1) 2024 graduates, (2) students 12 yo and up, (3) parents, (4) kids 11 yo and below, (5) other.
• Please provide separate information for each participant.
• Each person who is boarding at the camp with a birth date on or before Oct 1, 2012 is a “student or parent participant” for the purposes of camp registration.
• Parents with children ages 11 and below will be placed together in a family room.
• Students ages 12 yo and up will be placed in a student cabin and may not be in a family room.
• Any participant above high school age (graduated prior to 2024) is an adult participant and will be assigned to the family’s room (if applicable) or a cabin with other adults of the same gender.
• You may not register any participant who is not a member of your immediate family. If you require an exception to this, please contact support@pottersschool.org for approval prior to registering.

Fees

TPS Hoodie

The camp is in the mountains of Pennsylvania. The early June weather varies, but most often it is mild days and cool nights. We pre-buy a small number of TPS sweatshirts to make available for purchase at the camp on a first-come-first-served basis, but the quantities are limited (and kids might not have cash).

If you want to pre-order a TPS hoodie for this participant, we will consolidate all the orders to be shipped to TPS so we can have your hoodie for you when you arrive. This is entirely optional and offered for your convenience. Please use the field below to select the size, or leave it blank if you are not interested.
