Invoices and Receipts

Invoices

You may print a list of course fees and grades in your Family Account under Enrolled Courses (www.pottersschool.org/mycourses). Upon request we will provide you an Invoice listing all of your fees and tuition (approved held seats only) for the enrolling year.

Receipts

Each time you make a payment to TPS, you are emailed a Receipt of Payment for that particular payment. Each payment goes toward your overall balance, not toward any specific course or fee. We cannot provide you a receipt that associates a specific payment with a particular course or fee.

Final Statement

After you have made all of your payments for an academic year (i.e., you have a zero balance for that year), we can upon request provide you a Final Statement listing all of your tuition and fees with all of your payments and reflecting the zero balance. We cannot provide you with a separate Statement for each partial payment made toward your current balance (we provide individual email receipts for these partial payments).

Your Family Account has a complete listing of all fees and payments (which you may print using your browser’s print function). Here are directions to find specific information in the Family Account:

Due Now

1. Log in to your family account: www.pottersschool.org/course/list/#my_account
2. Look for the Due Now amount.

Balance Due

2. Look for the Total Balance Due amount.

Past Due

1. Log in to your family account: www.pottersschool.org/course/list/#my_account
2. Look in the Past Due section.

Payments Due / Special Payment Plans

2. Click Payment Schedule to see future payments and due dates.

Payments Received
