Please use this form to request an official transcript to be sent to a high school or umbrella school to transfer your TPS high school credits to the other school.

TPS will add the fee to your family account after you submit this request for review, and then notify you to pay the fee. The processing will not be started until you notify TPS that the fee is paid.
